The vineyard which surrounds the building enables us to produce a wine of denomination of controlled origin Montalbano Chianti, whereas a delicate extra virgin olive oil comes from an olive grove on the hills close by.
The oil and the wine are ideal products for going well together with the dishes of the farming tradition, like toasted bread (“bruschetta”), panzanella, and Marta’s lovingly prepared pastas and cakes.

The autumn brings chestnuts and wild mushrooms allowing Marta to prepare castagnaccio or risotti and fungi soup. Furthermore, one can take part in the grape or olive oil harvest.

It is possible to book cooking classes based on traditional Tuscan cuisine.
